We Finally Got Our New Place. I’m Excited to Be Here

We finally got our new place. I’m excited to be here and I can’t wait to start furnishing it. We got a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony, which is really nice. It’s close enough that I don’t need a car and it’s not too far from the beach, which is where I want to spend most of my time.

We’ve been looking for an apartment for months and finally found one we like. It’s in Signal Hill, so it’s just a few miles away from where my mom lives, which will make it easy for me to visit her often.

I had been waiting a long time to get out of that old house. My mother and father lived there for the first 40 years of my life and then my brother came along and suddenly we were moving.

I don’t know what it was about the house, but I always hated it. It was like a prison to me. When we moved into the new house, I felt like a bird that had escaped from its cage.

The new house is on a hill overlooking the town and it has many rooms with big windows through which you can see all over the valley below. You can see mountains in one direction, valleys in another, and here and there people working in their gardens or walking along roads or going to work in cars or trucks.

The sun shines all day long here and there is no one who doesn’t like this place because it’s bright and sunny most of the time and because it isn’t cold at night like other places are.

There are many ways that your two-year lease could go; a few may be upsetting, but most will be happy. The important thing is going to enjoy where you live. This is something of a conclusion in that it’s as far as I got in writing my blog post. It’s short and simple, but there you have it.
